I am Portia, born 2 Jan 21, female GSD. I was living at home with my family but my brothers moved and they couldn't keep me alone in the house. I used to be chained alone in a room with no toy. I am underfed and currently well under my weight. I am fully vaccinated and dewormed and wiill be sterilised soon. My owner was about to surrender me to a breeder so am now at a foster, looking for a forever home. I would like to become friends with more doggos but am a little cautious of strangers, unless they have a boiled egg... I am super active. I understand basic commands such as sit and stay and I learn very quickly. I never truly went on a walk but am willing to learn.
