Cancellation Policy for Grooming Services
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 3 hours of the booking time will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
- Grooming memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
- In case of dissatisfaction with the service, we request you to share any concerns within 24–48 hours after the service. Failing to do so will make the booking ineligible for refund; however, we will assist with the best possible resolution.
Cancellation Policy for Pet Boarding & Sitting Service
- For cancellations made after the post-booking confirmation, a fee of 25% of the confirmed appointment cost will be charged.
- If an appointment needs to be cancelled after the exchange of contact details between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, the cancellation fee will be applicable 50% under our policy.
- If the client cancels the service after visiting the boarder's/sitter's location or after they have visited the client's location, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If contact details have been shared between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, a 50% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
