GROOMING SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICIES

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all services purchased on our website with 24 hours of the service. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 24 hours of service.

After the 24 hours period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to report any kind of dissatisfaction with the grooming service within 24 hours.

Cancellation policies for the pet boarder/sitter are as follows:

For cancellations made after the cancellation policy period has ended, a fee of 20% of the confirmed appointment cost will be charged.

Should there be a need to cancel an appointment following the exchange of contact details between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, the cancellation fee will increase to 50% in accordance with our policy.

Customers who decide to cancel their order before the end of the cancellation policy period are eligible for a complete refund. However, if contact details have been shared between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, a 20% processing fee from the refund amount will be deducted.
