CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy for Grooming Services

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 3 hours of the booking time will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Grooming memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

In case of dissatisfaction with the service, we request you to share any concerns within 24–48 hours after the service.Failing to do so will make the booking ineligible for refund; however, we will assist with the best possible resolution.

Cancellation Policy for Pet Boarding & Sitting Service

For cancellations made after the post-booking confirmation, a fee of 25% of the confirmed appointment cost will be charged.

If an appointment needs to be cancelled after the exchange of contact details between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, the cancellation fee will be applicable 50% under our policy.

If the client cancels the service after visiting the boarder's/sitter's location or after they have visited the client's location, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If contact details have been shared between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, a 50% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
