CANCELLATION POLICIES

Grooming service cancellation policies:

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all services purchased on our website with 24 hours of the service. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 24 hours of service.

After the 24 hours period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to report any kind of dissatisfaction with the grooming service within 24 hours.

Cancellation policies for the pet boarder/sitter are as follows:

For cancellations made after the post-booking confirmation, a fee of 25% of the confirmed appointment cost will be charged.

If an appointment needs to be cancelled after the exchange of contact details between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, the cancellation fee will be applicable 50% under our policy.

Customers who decide to cancel their order before the end of the cancellation policy period are eligible for a 85% refund. However, if contact details have been shared between the customer and the pet boarder/sitter, a 50% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the client cancels the service after visiting the boarder's/sitter's location or after they have visited the client's location, a 50% cancellation fee will apply
