I want to have him through his entire life but i am way to incompetent to take care of i am a college student and am unable to give him proper time

He has a healthy diet , he eats kittens dry food , he I took care of him for a week ,he easily bonded with me, he also know how to use litter box and is smart for a kitten ,he is approx 2.5 months old, no illness but was under weight so doctor gave him meds for apetite and deworming.
