Adopt Tommy

While I was taking a break after one of my runs, Tommy just moved over to my lap. He had sustained an injury on his front left forelimb. He had to undergo a small incision to remove a foreign object. Since then Tommy has recovered well and has been keeping well. My family isn't ready to adopt him. My time with Tommy has been limited considering my work schedule. Tommy has been in a foster care home. As per the vet's advice, continuing him in foster care is no longer advisable for Tommy to allow him to maintain good health. So am looking for a family and a permanent home for Tommy.
