Two groomers came, they were late for genuine reason, I was getting bit anxious as I was getting late for my meetings, but Gaurav was really nice to share updates with me. The process was awesome my 3 months kitten was completely relaxed, the only suggestion would be to carry the shampoo in its bottle so that we know what kind of products are being used rather than in a plastic water bottle. should have separate shampoo for kittens
