My pet is an aged Indian cat. I have enquired so many companies before for giving her a bath. Everybody refused. Finally at thepetnest, Mr. Shaam agreed. Initially he said he will try his best. But today he went far from just being a regular service professional. He had the determination that he wants to help her at any cost. He came to our help at the right time. She was old and struggling hard to clean herself. She has never ever taken a bath in her life. He was extremely patient with our cat, more than everything he was highly passionate about his job. She got scared, highly aggressive scratched and bit him hard. But he was still being very patient with her without complaining. He confidently held my cat, calmed her down and handled her. Despite her non-cooperation he was determined to help her. I cannot be grateful enough to Mr. Shaam. I am surprised by his passion for work at this young age. Seeing the way he handled our cat, we even offered a tip which he politely refused. When professionals like Mr. Shaam go out of their way to help a pet just for love, it instills a lot of faith to believing in the existence of such good-hearted people. Thanks to ThePetNest for showing us a professional like Mr. Shaam.
